We are sure that many of you have had to organise an event in your life: an anniversary, a party, a special celebration or simply a group meal. We are sure that at some point you have felt lost thinking: "I don't even know where to start". 

And if you haven't been in that situation, you've probably been to concerts, fairs, parties or other events and wondered how it all takes shape.

Every story has a beginning, and this is our story.

Context
With experience and market research, we realised that many of you are often faced with the situation of "not knowing where to start" when organising an event. Some of them lack of liking, knowledge or planning skills and others like it, but find it difficult to book suppliers and are forced to go page by page, make phone calls or ask for recommendations from next door without ever knowing if there was a better option. This leads them to spend too much time organising or end up hiring a professional.
Likewise, companies and organisations seeking to create innovative events face major challenges: they spend too much time on coordination and logistics, as well as having difficulties in finding certain suppliers.
On the other hand, suppliers find it difficult to advertise their services or to show them in a clear and attractive way. This lack of visibility causes them to receive calls from low-potential customers, spending time on proposals that are unlikely to materialise.
In general, there is a lack of a benchmark that efficiently connects suppliers with customers, and also suppliers with each other.
Origins
Who are we? We are the Eventstur team, and it will be a pleasure to share how it all went from a story to a reality.
We identify ourselves as people who have always been fascinated by the world of events. We love how every detail, every smile and every corner created can turn a moment into an unforgettable memory. We have worked for years in this sector, collaborating with big names such as the Jubany family, Fira Barcelona, and also creating personal events, such as graduations, anniversaries or gender reveals.
But in addition to our passion for events, we also have a background in business and strategy, which has allowed us to look deeply into how we can improve the experience of organising an event.
With each event we organised, we noticed that there were many difficulties that complicated the process, from finding the right supplier to coordinating all the details so that each piece fit together.
Eventstur
It was then that the motivation to create Eventstur was born.
In addition, our personal experience has also greatly influenced the vision of this platform. We wanted this tool to be useful not only for event organisers, but also for service providers, to digitalise the sector by providing innovative tools, equalising opportunities for all, and thereby contributing to the growth of the region of Catalonia, an area that has experienced great growth in the events sector in recent years ....
At the same time we want to save time and processes for people and companies when looking for suppliers, but also offer them the possibility to customise their events to their liking, creating unique and memorable experiences.
In short, this platform is much more than a tool for organising events; it is the solution to many of the problems faced by organisers and suppliers alike. We are here to transform the organising process into something friendly, accessible and motivating.
